* There are two pieces sold as a combo and garments sold in singles .

4. Do we do bespoke?
* We do not do bespoke.

5. Do we offer Payment on delivery in Accra?
* No, Payment Validates your order.

6. Do we have gift vouchers ?
* Yes, we do.

7. How can you track your order?
You can track your order via a tracking ID which would be shared by the shipping company.

8. What if my package is lost or delayed?
* Neesa Atelier  will contact the shipping company of this for that to be sorted out immediately.

9. What is your return policy?
There is no refund on garments  purchased.

10. Are our products ethically made?
* All products are proudly made in Ghana.

11. Do we use sustainable materials?
Yes, we do.
